The grandest idea in the religion of the Vedas is that we may reach the same goal by different paths. In the end, the various paths that the Vedas talk of converge and become one. All religions and all methods of work and worship lead us to one and the same goal. The goal is freedom and happiness. Everything that we perceive around us is struggling towards being free from the sorrows of the world and attainment of Bliss.Karma-Yoga is the attaining through unselfish work that freedom & happiness which is the goal of all human nature.

In this talk, the Speaker will explain the various different kinds of action and the secret of doing work – how to do our duty to our family, friends and nation, to the best of our ability and at the same time, maintaining our mental well-being. In the process, she will also explain the reason for the stress that we often feel, and what steps we can take to overcome that.
